CRTD - Center for Regernerative Therapies TU Dresden
The aim of the Research Center for Regenerative Therapies (CRTD) is to investigate the regenerative abilities of the human body and to develop therapies for previously incurable diseases.
At CRTD, founded in 2006 as Research Center and Cluster of Excellence for Regenerative Therapies Dresden, at the TU Dresden, researchers like Institute Director Prof. Michael Brand are investigating self-healing organisms.
The aim is to research regeneration processes and to develop novel therapies and the replacement of diseased or destroyed tissue in humans.
